Fast, reliable property preparation designed specifically for short-term holiday rentals. We manage the turnaround and make sure your property is clean, refreshed and guest-ready for the next check-in.

This includes:

• Full guest-ready property clean

• Strip and remake beds using clean owner-supplied linen

• Bathroom cleaning and sanitation

• Kitchen clean, including microwave, standard oven and fridge check/ wipe as required

• Dusting of accessible surfaces, blinds, fans and window tracks

• Interior glass where required

• Complete vacuuming and mopping of floors

• Bins emptied and reset

• Standard outdoor area sweep

• Restocking of consumables from your on-site owner inventory

• Fresh towels and bathmats

• Property staging and presentation

• Digital condition or incident reporting with photos/video when an issue is identified

Linen Changeover

We can work with your preferred laundering arrangement. Clean owner-supplied linen must be available on-site for each changeover unless laundering is separately arranged.

Occasional Refreshes

For properties needing more than a standard turnover, we also offer occasional detailed refreshes for seasonal resets, spring cleaning, special events or longer-term property maintenance.
